Phil is an amazing addition to Curtis Johnson Realty. He grew up in Sierra Vista, Arizona where he excelled in baseball. This became his passion and he soon realized that he wanted to be a coach. Coaching took him to Tampa, Florida right out of high school. After that, he returned to Arizona to do the same. Phil experienced Curtis Johnson Realty first hand when he purchased a home through our company. This process excited him so much that he made the decision to pursue Real Estate as a career. Marilyn is an Arizona Native, who left Arizona briefly to earn her Bachelors Degree in Accounting at Brigham Young University-Hawaii Campus in 1994. She has worked for several companies as their accountant and was the Controller for a Local Mortgage Broker. There she learned much about the Housing Industry, and the ins and outs of Home Mortgages. She left in 2000 to join Curtis Johnson Realty. She loves being a part of the team and this opportunity allows her to spend more time with her two young boys. In addition to handling the finances and some marketing, Marilyn has the distinguished ASP™ (Accredited Staging Professional) Designer Designation.  Justin comes to us with over seven years of real estate expertise. He originally grew up in Central Minnesota and was born into a restaurant family. From starting out making pizzas and doing dishes to becoming an owner of his own breakfast/lunch cafe; Justin learned quite early how teamwork and customer service are vital parts to any successful business. He has become a very important addition to our Marketing and Closing Division. He's always striving to improve ways to satisfy client needs, organize systems and improve the way we handle escrows. For our sellers, Justin markets our clients homes according to our "89 Step No Risk Home Sale System". He continually keeps our clients informed on the current marketing and status of their home. Once your home has sold, Justin will handle the many details of the escrow process for you including coordinating home inspections and appraisals to arranging for the final walk thru and transfer of keys. For our buyers, Justin will handle the many details of your escrow from arranging for home inspections to ordering your home warranty. Justin has been married for over four years and has a beautiful, rambunctious two year old daughter. In his spare time, he loves to watch and play almost any sport.
